Yoga Club
-
Yoga Club is open to all abilities! Join us as we explore different styles of yoga and play with fun poses! Come to relieve stress and anxiety, improve mood and flexibility, build strength, and nourish your body and mind. Wear comfortable clothes (sweatpants, yoga pants, t-shirt). Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Just show up and be ready to focus on YOU! Leadership opportunities are available, too. Everyone is welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
