Transcript

  • Students have shared their excitement as they look forward to their post-high school plans, including continuing their education on a college campus, entering the military, securing employment, starting trade school, becoming an apprentice or taking a gap year.

Students attending a college/university will be asked to provide their college/university with a final transcript.  In order to release these transcripts to the correct school, students must indicate which school they are attending in MaiaLearning.  Students are familiar with MaiaLearning as they have used this platform throughout the college application process.

At the end of the school year, school counselors met with seniors and review the process to request their final transcript; instructions can be found and on their MaiaLearning Dashboard.

It is easy to request final transcripts for a college/university in MaiaLearning.  Students log into their using their D211 Google credentials and click on the following tabs:

    1. Universities

    2. Decisions

    3. Actions

    4. Application Status

    5. Select Accepted - ATTENDING for the school attending

    6. Save

As many colleges/universities have extended their commitment timeline this school year, D211 will release final transcripts Monday, June 17, 2024 for all graduated students.

If a student changes their decision after that date, students can update their decision in the application status by changing  the “Accepted- Attending” status from the original school back to "Accepted”, and update “Accepted - Attending” to the new school.  Students can confirm the status of their transcript delivery in the “Send Summary” tab in MaiaLearning.

*Per 105 ILCS 5/28 19.2, District 211 does not withhold student records including transcripts or diplomas, because of unpaid fees.
