In support of the District 211 Mission to …”serve the educational needs of the community inspiring all students to successfully contribute to the world” the District 211 Information Technology Department provides leadership, strategic vision, solutions, and support for all things technology.  The department strives to deliver the highest quality services to all District 211 stakeholders – students, teachers, staff, parents, and others in the community – in an effort to help them reach their goals.

Technology provides a vital building block in the foundation that enables all members of our District to participate fully in the development of a truly global learning community.  In addition to operational support for the District, the Department, in close cooperation with the academic leaders of the District, collaborates and innovates to transform the teaching and learning process to best leverage District technology investments, toward optimizing the entire high school experience and academic outcomes for students.
